When you bring your device for repair, we will first perform an assessment to determine the issues. An estimate will be provided based on the device's condition and repair needs. You may accept or decline the quote before any work begins.
No repairs will be conducted without your approval. Once you approve the quote, we will proceed with the repair process.
We aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible. However, turnaround times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and the availability of parts.
All service fees will be communicated prior to starting the repair. Prices are subject to change based on parts needed, repair complexity, or other unforeseen factors.
Payment must be made in full upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
Once a service is completed and the device is handed back to the customer, the payment is considered final. Refunds may only be provided in specific cases where the repair was unsuccessful, and at the discretion of MLG FIX.
MLG FIX provides a limited warranty on most repair services. The warranty covers the specific repairs performed and parts replaced, but not additional issues that may arise after the repair.
The standard warranty period for most repairs is 30 days from the date of service. Some repairs or parts may carry different warranty periods, which will be communicated at the time of service.
